Houses.ie {hereinafter called "the company"} for itself and for the owners of the property{ies} listed on this site, the company being advertisers for the said owners herby give notice as follows

4. It is entirely a matter for any purchasers of property advertised on this site to satisfy themselves as to the nature, location, extent and condition of the said property and to take all appropriate professional advice in relation thereto.

As between the Company and the owners where any advertisement has been incorrectly published due to negligence on the part of the Company or its lawfully appointed agents, then the liability of the Company shall be limited to the cost of the said advertisement which cost shall be immediately refunded to the Owners.
6. The Company does not guarantee the quality of any photographs published.
7. No advertisement is accepted without the Owners accepting these terms and conditions.
8. Any person accessing this site does so under these terms and conditions.
9. These terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Ireland.
